2. Based on a similar photograph of these two storks, the "Photo ND" company produced two postcards that were reissued until after 1905: one in landscape mode roughly repeats this framing, the other in portrait mode places the two storks in the center. Both show the stork standing with its beak stretched forward and sharply cut out against the background.
