The King and the Kam with sword in hand search everywhere for the false Mahomet [= Harlequin]who appears in the air, and from his trunk discharges bat blows on the Kam's head, also singing.

ARLEQUIN.

They continue to search for the false Prophet, who throws firecrackers and other fireworks at them, setting the air ablaze. At the same time, we see Harlequin in his machine crossing the theater. He is wearing a black doublet with a turban and a long white beard. The King and Kam are struck by this apparition...
