Description
Baron Malcolm, possessor of Dunbayne Castle, has been defeated by the Athlin tribe led by Earl Osbert and Alleyn, a peasant who has befriended the Earl. Before he died, the Baron sent for Osbert, his sister-in-law Louise and his niece Laure, respectively the wife and daughter of his late brother, the former Baron Malcolm. The latter had had a first child with Louise, a boy whom the current baron had dismissed from power by entrusting him to peasants: this was obviously Alleyn, whose bravery intrigued the Osbert.
Baron Malcolm, shown alliterated in the image, thus reveals these secrets before he dies.
