                                    Description
Lovelace, at the White Hart Inn where he has taken up residence near Harlowe Place, is seated at table with his two companions and Betsy ‘ Rosebud’, while a servant tends the fire under the watchful eye of the grandmother (CH1985, L.31; CH1999I, p. 401).
