Description

When evening came, a rich man from Arimathea named Joseph arrived [...]. He went to Pilate and asked for the body of Jesus. Then Pilate ordered it to be handed over to him. Taking the body, Joseph wrapped it in a clean shroud and laid it in the tomb (Matthew XXVII 57-59).
