De gauche à droite, saint Sylvestre baptise Constantin, Jean Baptiste baptise le Christ, saint Rémi baptise Clovis.
Constantin à gauche est baptisé par la croix orthodoxe que brandit le pape Sylvestre, mais sans descente du Saint Esprit comme pour le Christ et Clovis.
